I spent a couple of lovely days with my family in Tangier and this hotel apartments is the best I've ever seen in Maroc in the last few years! Clean, beautiful and very comfortable! For sure we will come back to this place!

All staff here we spoke to were extremely friendly and helpful and are a credit to the hotel.The rooms were large with a sitting area, dinning area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was immaculately clean.The kitchen had a fridge freezer, oven hob and kettle. There was not toaster or tea and coffee.The bed was comfy the only slight negative was the noise from the street although it was better when the outside shutters were closed.The big negative about our stay was the TV and WiFi. The WiFi was fine in the morning and daytime but come the evening it was very difficult to get on the internet and soon dropped out if you did.The TV is advertised as satellite and it had 1200 channels but virtually no channels in English. Lots of German, French channels but other than a couple of news channels nothing in English.The hotel location is great and is set in between the modern area and within easy walking distance of the medina and port.Personally I like to explore in the day and chill out at night watching TV and surfing the net so based on this I would not use this hotel again.For anybody not bothered about these modernism and wants a spacious, friendly, clean and central location base this would be a great place to book.

The apartment was large, very nice, well furnished and everything worked fine. Individual room AC units allow comfortable temps everywhere all the time. This unit had a washer and an "air dryer", which ended up working well. And the sun bleached the whites whiter than ever! My apartment was smoking allowed - rare to find anywhere anymore. Some are non-smoking. There is a very narrow, but nice terrace. The refrigerator is a bit small - but double (at least) the size of a mini-fridge and gets stuff really COLD and has a freezer, too.The staff was very nice and very helpful - when they could understand me. With a couple there was a struggle but with Google Translate on my phone, we got by. The ones that spoke English were more helpful, of course. But everyone was nice and always did their best to help me in any was requested.There is a restaurant at the front with inside and outside seating. I didn't try much of their food. The pizzas there (and a couple other places) only resemble what we Americans call pizza... they are round and cut into pie shaped slices. Any other resemblances are coincidental. It is nice to sit outside with a cold drink, though!

This new apart/hotel is well located, and all the taxi drivers I used knew exactly where it was. It is within walking distance of a number of the restaurants and bars which I usually frequent when I am on a trip to Tangier.The apartment itself is very spacious, with views from all rooms, except the bathroom. Electric shutters all worked - bringing these down at night did help diminished the noise from the streets below. There was noise from other apartments, where the people there occasionally dragged the dining chairs around. Management needs to apply felt pads on the base of the legs of these chairs; the existing plastic pads just contribute to the noise, when these people scrape the chairs around.The elevator worked. Staff on Reception were 'variable': one young lady, and one young man did understand and speak some English and were anxious to please; the security staff did not.I have one particular complaint: whilst I was staying there were two days (more or less) when there was constant jackhammering from below my apartment. The space on the ground and mezzanine floors are being fitted out for a restaurant/coffee shop - O'mar Restaurant. I did complain to Reception about this - but they did not seem to care; it did not occur to them that such a disturbance was totally out-of-order. I believe that I should be compensated for this.Beside that problem (which I would not expect to occur again) the rest of my stay was agreeable.
